RAD-x continues German expansion
March 29. 2018 – RAD-x, pan-European operator in diagnostic imaging, today announced that it has acquired Teleradiologisches Zentrum Koblenz which provides teleradiology services to hospitals and hospital-based imaging centres in Germany. TelradKo is a strongly growing teleradiology provider and was owned by its founder radiologists Smolka, Waldeck and Heykes. The radiologist Andreas Heykes will continue managing and developing the business.
Founded in 2014 by three radiologists, TelradKo has grown organically by steadily winning clients through its lean and professional structure, allowing small and medium sized hospitals to guarantee a continuous emergency care. In view of the robust market demand which presents a strong basis for further growth, the TelradKo partners have selected RAD-x to help them accelerate the development and expansion. TelradKo will continue investing in the latest technology to establish itself as the leading provider of teleradiology services in Germany. By combining its own medical excellence with RAD-x’ management capabilities, TelradKo will be able to offer the best possible services to its customers and patients.
